We cook for one room, one night at a time. Nothing is repeated, nothing is rushed, and every plate leaves the kitchen the moment it is ready.

Vesper is a twenty-four seat tasting room on a quiet corner of Salt Lake City. Chef Adrien Laurent and his team cook a single nine-course menu that changes with the season and, often, with the week.
